Working Principle:

Vacuum pump makes Hydraulic Oil Filtration Flushing Machine working on vacuum condition, the contaminated hydraulic oil is sucked into primary filter by in the external atmospheric pressure, large particles of impurities are removed, then into heater. After heating, it flows into the water Vacuum separator through the special divergence device. The divergent unit produces a large surface area exposing the contaminated fluid to a relatively low vacuum, thereby removing water, air and gases from the oil. Evaporated water vapor, gas mixture is condensed into a liquid in cooler and collected into the water reservoir, the remaining gas is pumped out by vacuum pump. After vacuum separator, the oil pump takes oil into second filter and fine filter to remove remained impurities. Worker can check the quality of oil. If it reach the standard, the clean oil can be pumped out. If not, worker can open the inner-recycling valve to do re-circulating purification.
